
Tips - Club: 7 to 9 iron.
First the grip is very light with little pressure and the Vs of the thumbs pointing just about to the right of your chin.
Your left wrist should be straight and aligned straight down the shaft of the club, The right wrist angled backwards.
Your feet should be slightly narrower than shoulder width and aligned open to target line, with the shoulders square on in line with the target.
Weight on the left foot , hands ahead of ball which is in a central position, with a square delofted club face.
The shoulders arms hands & club all move toghether as one smooth action with no weight transfer on the backswing.
The wrists remain inactive with no wrist cocking just staying with the left wrist straight and the right wrist bent backwards.
On the forward swing do not transfer any weight, let your shoulders, arms and club all move together through the contact with the ball.
In the follow through there is still no weight transfer, the weight should still be on the left foot.
The movement other than the obvious swinging of the club is the right knee turning in towards the left on the follow through, and a half turn of the chest.
Tips - Club: Wedge , Lob Wedge.
There are a few things the same as in the Chip shot ie. the grip , the width of stance.
Ball position and square club face.
Your feet however are square to target line with the weight even over both feet.
As in the Chip shot the shoulders arms and club all move together as a unit on the back swing while your weight transfers to the
right leg and your left knee turns towards your right knee. 
The wrists cock at waist height with the top grip of the club pointing to the ground.
On the down swing the weight transfers the left leg while the wrists uncock at waste height on the follow through.
Finishing with the weight on the left leg and your right knee turned in, almost touching your left knee.
Your chest will be just facing the target.
